How to order eyeglasses online from Lakoh?
1. Select Frames: Browse our eyeglasses and pick your favorite frames.
2. Choose Lenses: After picking your frames, proceed to select the type of lenses you need-single vision, progressive, or bifocal. You can also add special coatings like anti-reflective, photochromic, and blue light filtering lenses for enhanced protection and comfort.
3. Enter Prescription: Provide your up-to-date prescription details. You can either manually enter the information, or send it later to our email or upload a photo of your prescription for accuracy.
How to track your order?
Right after purchase โ Youโll land on the Order Status Page ("Thank You" page), which shows real-time updates.
By email โ We send a confirmation with a โView your orderโ link. Tap it to view live shipment updates.
In your account โ Log in and check your Orders section. Each order links to its status page with active tracking.
Using the Shop app โ In supported regions (US/UK/CA/AU/IE), customers can install Shop from the status page and enjoy live map tracking & notifications.
What will your glasses come with?
Lakoh eyeglasses come with a microfiber lens cleaning cloth and a protective case.
How long will it take to get your glasses?
Most Lakoh prescription glasses will reach you within 14 days or so after your prescription and billing information is approved. Certain eyeglasses orders, including those with specialty lenses, may take a bit longer, sometimes up to 18 days. If youโd like your glasses faster, you can add expedited shipping during checkout, which may reduce turnaround time.
Keep in mind, however, that these timelines vary and are subject to change.
